Innovative Theatres began not as a business plan but as a passion. From an early age, our founder, Mr. H.S. Chawla, was captivated by the precision of sound and the challenge of recreating a true cinematic experience at home. He spent hours studying international audio magazines, sketching speaker designs, and working with local craftsmen to bring those ideas to life, carefully tuning each system until it captured the pure emotion of sound.As his passion evolved, he began creating complete audio-visual experiences. He transformed part of his own home into a dedicated cinema room, a space where technology and comfort existed in perfect harmony. What began as a personal retreat soon sparked curiosity among friends and family. His first professional project came in the early 1990s when he helped a friend design a similar theatre. It was then that Innovative Theatres was born. From those early experiments emerged a reputation for deep knowledge, refined taste, and a standard of honesty that continues to define the brand today. Over the past three decades, Innovative Theatres has become a trusted name across Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and beyond, with select projects completed in the United States. Partnering with leading architects and interior designers, we create immersive spaces that are as visually elegant as they are acoustically precise. From dedicated home theatres and high-fidelity home audio systems to outdoor entertainment, bar and lounge installations, and commercial sound environments, we bring the same level of precision and artistry to every project. Every creation reflects the same philosophy that started it all - the belief that every space should inspire. Guided by global exposure including THX certification in audio calibration and hands-on learning with Barco, Wisdom Audio, and Paradigm, we continue to bring world-class entertainment experiences to homes and businesses across India and beyond

“I am, at heart, an audiophile and a movie lover. What began as a personal obsession slowly became my life’s work. I built my first theatre simply because I wanted the best experience at home, and that same passion and honesty continue to guide everything we do today.
